This is not fully siri but closest lookalike with my welcome app combined it's greets you and shows exciting animations when playing music . Great for showing off.
Welcome App
This app is awesome and it's not available at play store. But it's 100% safe and it only requires one permission.
This app allow's you to set Siri welcome voice when you pass your lock screen. Make sure welcome tone is not more than 5 second and it should be at your internal storage and not in any folder.
I personally use it. It's like magic because it looks like your phone is alive and welcoming you to use your phone
